Purpose of the service

INNTRO is a social dating and matchmaking network that allows users to meet people through their friends or friends of friends, or to act as matchmakers by facilitating introductions within their network.

Service access

Access to INNTRO is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. The user guarantees the accuracy, sincerity and timeliness of the information provided when registering and using the service.

Account creation and management

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any action performed from a user account is deemed to have been carried out by its holder.

User behavior

Any abusive, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, illegal behavior or behavior that infringes on the rights, safety or dignity of other users is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the account concerned.

Content published by users

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform, including texts, images, messages, videos or any other content. INNTRO reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these Terms, applicable laws or community rules.

Suspension and termination

The user may delete their account at any time from the application settings. INNTRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, in the event of violation of these Terms, abusive use of the service or behavior contrary to the spirit of the platform.

Limitation of liability

INNTRO shall not be held responsible for meetings, interactions, relationships or consequences resulting from the use of the platform outside the digital environment it provides. Users acknowledge that they act under their sole responsibility in their exchanges and meetings.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply depending on the user's country of residence.
