The INNTRO application is published by INNTRO CORP., a US company (C-Corporation, State of Delaware), located at 5304 Daydream Dr, Raleigh, North Carolina 27616, USA. Publication manager and legal representative: Didier Banlock, CEO and founder.
Hosting
The application servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Data is hosted within the European Union, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purpose
This privacy policy aims to inform users about how INNTRO collects, uses, stores and protects their personal data.
Data collected
INNTRO collects personal data provided directly by users, including: identity data (name, date of birth, gender), email address, phone number, profile information, platform interactions (likes, messages, visits), technical data (IP address, device type), as well as the phone directory, only after explicit user consent.
Pseudonym
The application does not collect users' real names. Users choose a public pseudonym.
Data usage
Personal data is used to: provide and improve platform features, offer personalized recommendations, including via the Natacha AI, ensure user security, prevent abusive or fraudulent behavior, and manage Premium subscriptions and services.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data processing is based on: user consent, performance of the contract between the user and INNTRO, as well as INNTRO's legitimate interest, particularly in terms of security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
Data sharing
Personal data may be shared: with other users, according to actions initiated by the user on the platform, with mutual friends in the context of introduction requests, with technical service providers acting on behalf of INNTRO, or with competent authorities when required by law. INNTRO never sells users' personal data.
Security and encryption
Sensitive personal data, including email addresses and phone numbers, is subject to encryption measures at the database level. INNTRO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of data.
Automatic moderation
To ensure platform security and prevent abuse, certain content (messages, images or media) may be automatically analyzed using third-party moderation services provided by Google (such as Google Perspective API and Google Vision API). These analyses are carried out exclusively for moderation and security purposes. Analyzed data is never used for advertising purposes.
Data retention period
Personal data is retained for the entire duration of the user account. In the event of account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized within a maximum of thirty (30) days, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.
User rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object, right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
